Shipping Information

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground for reliable delivery across the United States. Orders placed by 3pm Central Monday–Friday or 12pm Central on Saturday ship the same day, arriving in 1–5 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Add Shield+ Protection ($12.95) at checkout and if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we'll reship your order or refund it — your choice.

Without Shield+, we'll file a claim with UPS for you and reship once UPS approves the claim. Contact support@redlinebiolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery (or of tracking showing no movement for 7 days) with your order number and photos of any damage.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of $13.00 USD applies to all orders. Orders of $200 USD or more qualify for included standard shipping.
